Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Metantel applications, websites, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility and Acceptance
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. Your Account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
- You must provide accurate information and keep it reasonably up to date.
3. Permitted Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws.
You must not:
- Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
- Attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data.
- Use the Service to violate intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
- Use automated means to scrape, exploit, or abuse the Service.
4. Intellectual Property
The Service, including software, content, branding, and design, is owned by Metantel or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Metantel grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for its intended purpose.
5. User Content and Data
You retain rights to content and data you submit. You grant Metantel permission to process such data solely to operate, secure, and improve the Service as described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Third-Party Services
The Service may rely on third-party providers (for example, cloud hosting or authentication). Metantel is not responsible for third-party services and their separate terms or policies.
7. Early Adopter Programme
- Joining the Metantel waitlist with an email address you control reserves an early adopter discount of 45% off the baseline (list) price of Metantel subscription plans.
- The discount applies for 24 months from the start of the first paid subscription on the account that redeems it, provided the account remains in good standing.
- Seats are limited. We will honour between 200 and 500 reservations, the exact number set at our discretion, in the order they were made. Reservations after that join the waitlist without the discount, and we will tell you which applies to you.
- We may invite a founding cohort of AI builders to use Metantel free of charge, for a period and with limits we set when we invite them. Ticking the AI builders box asks to be considered; it does not guarantee an invitation.
- One reservation per person. Your identity is verified when you create your account. Duplicate reservations, email aliases, disposable addresses and automated sign-ups are not eligible, and we may withdraw a discount obtained that way.
- The discount is personal and non-transferable, applies to baseline plan prices only, and does not cover usage beyond a plan's fair-use limits, add-ons, or the cost of third-party services you use with Metantel, such as your own AI provider subscription. It cannot be combined with other offers unless we say so.
- All plans are subject to fair use. Reselling, sharing an account between people, or using the Service in ways that impose unreasonable load voids the discount.
- We may close the programme to new reservations at any time. Reservations made before then are honoured on these terms.
8. Service Availability
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Metantel disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Metantel shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or business arising from your use of the Service.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms or if required to protect the Service, users, or legal compliance.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
